Kuyashii is a group of approx. 300 employees, operating i.a. the chains KarmaSushi and VACA – Mexican Finger Food. Currently, they have 12 restaurants nationwide, and the expectation is that this number will grow over the next few years, with several concepts as well as expansion abroad in the works. Kuyashii chose FlexyBox systems to control everything regarding the web shop, POS system, inventory, table booking, reporting, etc.
