Boulders’ climbing halls save time on bookkeeping and increase turnover by using the FlexyBox platform.

Boulders have climbing halls in Copenhagen, Odense and Aarhus, and if you are a member at one of them, you can use all three halls. This places high demands on administration and member management in a busy and active operation. For about a year, FlexyFitness and FlexyPOS have formed a solid platform for Boulders’ club management:

“We especially benefit from the access control and the members’ system, which are wirelessly linked to each other. Our clubs have always been based on a high degree of trust and community, and previously, you could practically get in based just on your face – even if you had cancelled your membership. But sadly, this was abused from time to time. After we achieved access control using access cards via FlexyFitness, we could really see the effects on our turnover!

Because our FlexyPOS POS system has been integrated with the member system, it also means that new memberships, inventory purchases and membership fee charging have been linked together naturally. This saves us a lot of bookkeeping hours. The system communicates across our three halls, and that’s a huge advantage for a small chain like us.

 

At Boulders, we have many part-time employees with relatively few hours a week, and for them it is very important that the system is logical and easy to operate. When we needed some discount buttons to be specially programmed in FlexyPOS in order to save our staff unnecessary clicks in the POS system, the support was quick to assist, and we achieved a good solution.
