In order for us to help you with support inquiries, you must log in to your admin page.

Response Time: We aim to have initiated the first contact with you within 4 hours of receiving your inquiry, on weekdays between 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM.

When creating a support case, you will always receive a ticket number. You should refer to this case number if you have any questions about your case.

Here, we assist with errors caused by Flexybox that are hindering your operations. All inquiries not related to errors caused by Flexybox will be considered as support outside the agreement, and therefore, we reserve the right to invoice at the applicable rates.
