Is support in Danish?

Yes, our support is based in Denmark and all support we provide is in Danish. If you prefer English, that is of course also an option.

Can I keep my current database if I switch to Flexybox?

Yes, you can bring your database to Flexybox. From some systems we can convert your data 1 to 1, but there may be systems from which we are unable to convert all data.

Can I keep all my payment service agreements if I switch to Flexybox?

Yes, you can. In some cases where this can be challenging, they can be transferred by CSV conversion.
