Original Coffee is a group of eight coffee shops in and around Copenhagen. They put good experiences with quality, taste and personal service in focus, and they do it so well that AOK has named Original Coffee Copenhagen’s best coffee shop for four consecutive years. FlexyPOS helps synchronise POS systems across multiple locations and provides an overview and good customer service in everyday life.

“Our goal is to create a good experience on every visit which puts the focus on the interaction between the guest and the barista. Therefore, we are dependent on having a POS system with an interface which is easy and intuitive to use for our employees. Our focus should be on the guest, not the tech! That’s why we have used FlexyPOS in all our coffee shops since 2016. It is crucial for us to have a system that runs consistently across all of our locations and which can be controlled from a central location. For example, we can synchronise products, create store-defined discounts and manage gift cards and electronic ticket coupons across all our businesses. This is an advantage for our customers, who always get a professional experience wherever they enjoy their coffee. For us as business owners, it has meant better and more timely reporting and a full overview of the distributed discounts.
