About ClassPass
ClassPass is a world-leading fitness and wellness app that can help fitness centres fill available spots in their classes.
ClassPass is a place where new customers and potential members can discover your centre and book spontaneous fitness and wellness experiences. It can increase both earnings and the number of members.
Customer communication
When a booking is made with ClassPass, customer data is not shared with Flexybox. ClassPass automatically sends reminders on your behalf.
Pricing
You will not be asked to pay ClassPass. It is free to list your centre on the platform.
Extra options
ClassPass SmartTools opens up the right spots at the best possible price so you earn as much as possible without adding extra work in the centre.
How does the integration work?
ClassPass connects with Flexybox to synchronise schedules and available spots, so you have everything in one place.
Flexybox automatically sends the schedule and open spots to ClassPass. When someone books in ClassPass, the ClassPass user is automatically added to the participant list in Flexybox.
New customers who discover your centre on ClassPass can book the spot without first having to switch to your website or call you to book.
Things to be aware of
ClassPass payments
ClassPass does not integrate with Flexybox payments. This means that all payments for services sold via ClassPass are settled directly with ClassPass.
Collecting customer payments
You should not collect customer payments for ClassPass bookings, as the customer would then be charged twice. Bookings made through ClassPass will be shown as 0 kr. and be unpaid in Flexybox.
Receiving payouts
You will receive payouts from ClassPass for all ClassPass bookings through a third-party provider called Tipalti. Tipalti is a service ClassPass uses to pay businesses at no cost to you.
How to integrate with ClassPass
Read the guide on how to set up an integration with ClassPass.
