About MyWellness

MyWellness lets you offer group training experiences and course packages, where you can optimise your members' training experience both in the centre and online. Here Technogym / MyWellness delivers live and on-demand content, and users can watch the classes from a web browser, smart TV and the Technogym / MyWellness mobile app.

With an integration to MyWellness, Flexybox automatically sends information about the member to MyWellness.

This makes it easy for your members to use MyWellness.

How does the integration work?

When a new member is created in the Flexybox system, the member is automatically sent to Technogym. The member then receives an email from Technogym asking them to confirm their email address.

After confirming, the member must download the MyWellness app.

Please note that you must be a Technogym customer to use the integration.

Synchronisation of member information

The member's master data is automatically synchronised to MyWellness.

The following information is synchronised:

Name, Email, Mobile number, Gender, Description, Address and Date of birth.
The member's active memberships with the earliest start date.

The membership names get a # in front so that groups are assigned automatically in MyWellness.

The customer's attendance.
